Limited Warranty 

I. Warranty Overview

AD Engineering LLC is committed to providing high-quality products. The Limited Warranty (“Warrany”) outlines our company’s commitment to repair or replace material, manufacturing and workmanship defects that may arise during the proper installation, normal use, and purpose of our product within the specified Warranty period.

II. Warranty Coverage

This Warranty covers repairs or replacements for manufacturing, workmanship and material defects only, and is solely applicable to our product. The Warranty is not limited to the original purchaser of the product, and is transferable to subsequent owners during the Warranty period.

Warranty Period

The copper tubing and other metal components of our products have a ten (10) year Warranty period valid from the date of installation. The product’s insulation has a manufacturer’s warranty for a period of five (5) years from the date of installation. 

What Is Covered?

• Defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.
• Repair or replacement of the defective product or part.

What Is Not Covered?

• Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, or neglect.
• Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or accidental damage.
• Any unauthorized modifications or repairs made to the product.
• Any costs associated with labor and parts during the repair process.
• Damage caused by external factors such as fire, flood, or other natural disasters.
• Damage to surroundings.
• Damage caused by external environmental factors if the product is installed in an unsuitable environment.

III. How to Make a Warranty Claim

To make a Warranty claim, please follow these steps:

1. Contact our Customer Service team at 540 572-7715 or sales@ad.engineering within the warranty period.
2. Provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt or invoice, along with a detailed description of the defect.
3. Our team will guide you through the process of returning the product for inspection and repair or replacement.

IV. Repair or Replacement

At our sole discretion, we will repair or replace the defective product or part with a new product. If the product is no longer available, we may offer a comparable replacement. The replacement or repaired product will continue to be covered under the original Warranty period.  

V. Limitation of Liability

This is the sole Warranty provided by AD Engineering LLC, and is limited to the cost of the product and does not extend to any other losses, including but not limited to any indirect, incidental, punitive or consequential damages arising from the use of our product. 

EXCEPT AS  EXPRESSLY SET FORTH IN THIS WARRANTY, AD ENGINEERING LLC PROVIDES NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO AN IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.  

VI. Governing Law

This Warranty is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, and any disputes arising from this Warranty shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Virginia. 

AD Engineering LLC reserves the right to modify this Warranty, as needed, however, the Warranty in effect at the time of the product’s installation, shall be applied as the governing document.
